Marketing Assistant

Reports To: Program Director

General description: Marketing Assistant will be responsible for implementing various functions of the marketing plan for the organization.

MAJOR DUTIES

• Maintain information for web site
• Compile, edit and publish quarterly newsletter
• Develop and maintain distribution list, including email distribution
• Generate media releases and disseminate them through media channels
• Produce and maintain supply of promotional and collateral materials

QUALIFICATIONS

• Some familiarity with youth soccer
• Excellent communications skills, verbal and writing
• Computer skills, including internet applications, word processing, presentation applications
